  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine (Chardonnay recommended)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.

Step 2: Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Add wine and lemon juice, reduce by half, then add Italian seasoning.

Step 4: Lower heat, stir in butter until melted and smooth.
