Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls

  • 2 ½ cups Bisquick
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¾ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg in a large bowl to form a dough.

Step 2: Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nuts (optional), and 2 tbsp melted butter for the filling.

Step 3: Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

Brush with ¾ cup melted butter and sprinkle with the filling.

Step 4: Roll dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place slices in a greased 9×13-inch pan.

Step 5: Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
