Mix Bisquick, milk, and egg in a large bowl to form a dough.
Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nuts (optional), and 2 tbsp melted butter for the filling.
Roll the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Brush with ¾ cup melted butter and sprinkle with the filling.
Roll dough into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place slices in a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
