No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are incredibly easy to make!

With just five ingredients and no oven required, they’re the perfect treat for any time.

  • 90g Digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 120g butter (salted or unsalted), melted
  • 280g creamy peanut butter
  • 190g chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, icing sugar, melted butter, and 230g of creamy peanut butter until fully combined.

Step 2: Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish and set aside.

Step 3: Melt the chocolate chips with the remaining 50g of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.

Step 4: Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the base, spreading evenly.

Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Slice into bars and enjoy!
