No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

With just five ingredients and no oven required, these are the perfect treat for any time.

Ingredients
  

  • 90 g Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 250 g icing sugar
  • 120 g butter salted or unsalted, melted
  • 280 g creamy peanut butter
  • 190 g chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the crushed biscuits, icing sugar, melted butter, and 230g of creamy peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish and set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate chips with the remaining 50g of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the base, spreading evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. Slice into bars and enjoy!
