  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Form 8-10 oval patties. Chill for 1 hour.

Step 2: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Coat steaks in the flour mixture.

Step 3: Brown steaks in a skillet with oil, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking dish.
