Inspired by everyone’s favorite blue cookie fanatic, these cookies combine Oreos, mini chocolate chips cookies with a vibrant midnight-blue hue.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Blue food coloring (gel or paste recommended)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup crushed mini Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
  • ¼ cup edible googly eyes

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 3: Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and blue food coloring. Mix until color is evenly distributed.

Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
