Shrimp, Broccoli, And Mushroom Stir Fry

This delicious and healthy stir-fry brings together shrimp, broccoli, and shiitake mushrooms in a flavorful sauce.

  • 12-15 shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 scallions (green onions)
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 6-8 shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Olive oil or any cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the shrimp with soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, scallions, and ginger for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: In the same pan, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms with minced garlic until fragrant and browned.

Step 5: Add the broccoli and shrimp back into the pan. Stir well and add the oyster sauce, black pepper, and chopped parsley.

Step 6: Stir everything together for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
