Shrimp, Broccoli, And Mushroom Stir Fry
This delicious and healthy Stir Fry brings together shrimp, broccoli, and shiitake mushrooms in a flavorful sauce.
- 12-15 shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 scallions green onions
- 3 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 head broccoli cut into florets
- 6-8 shiitake mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Olive oil or any cooking oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Marinate the shrimp with soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper, scallions, and ginger for 10 minutes.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms with minced garlic until fragrant and browned.
Add the broccoli and shrimp back into the pan. Stir well and add the oyster sauce, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
Stir everything together for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
