- 2/3 cup water

- 2 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch for soft tacos & fajitas)
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend

In a 12-inch skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat.
Step 2: Add taco seasoning, water, and bell pepper to the beef.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened. Stir in the salsa and corn.
Step 3: Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
