Step 2: Add the all-purpose flour to the mixture and coat the chicken evenly. Set aside.

Step 3: Heat cooking oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step 4: In a separate pan, add a little cooking oil and sauté some chopped green onions over medium-low heat.
