  • 1 lb ground turkey or beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown ground turkey or beef with onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
