  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (approximately 7.5 g or 1 tbsp)
  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 20 cl (200 ml) milk
  • 20 cl (200 ml) liquid cream (heavy cream)
  • 500 g apricots, halved and pitted
  • 2 caps of amaretto (about 2 tbsp)
