S’mores Cookies

These S’mores Cookies are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat.

With gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and graham inside a soft cookie, they’re the perfect easy-to-make treat everyone will love.

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 5-6 Mallow Pies (or graham crackers and marshmallows)
  • 1/2 of Hershey mild sweet chocolate bar

Instructions

Step 1: Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 3: Chill the dough for 15 minutes, then scoop and flatten it.

Place a Mallow Pie (or marshmallow and graham) on top and seal with another scoop of dough.

Then top with a piece of Hershey chocolate.

Step 4: Chill the assembled cookies for 30 minutes or overnight.

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the cookies for 17 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.
