  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
  • Poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Mix until well combined.
