Coca-Cola sauce:

  • 1 ½ cups Coca-Cola (regular)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

Step 2: Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, and seasonings in a large bowl.

Step 3: Form mixture into 1- to 1.5-inch meatballs. Brown in olive oil in a skillet.
