  • 1 par-baked pie crust
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the par-baked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.

Step 3: Stir in flour, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
