Gooey Hot Fudge Pie
Warm, gooey, and ridiculously indulgent, this Gooey Hot Fudge Pie is the ultimate chocolate lover’s dream!
- 1 par-baked pie crust
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 stick
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the par-baked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
Stir in flour, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set but the center remains fudgy.
