Gooey Hot Fudge Pie

Warm, gooey, and ridiculously indulgent, this Gooey Hot Fudge Pie is the ultimate chocolate lover’s dream!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 par-baked pie crust
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 stick
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the par-baked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
  • Stir in flour, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set but the center remains fudgy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
