- 4–5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
For the ganache:
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 4 oz heavy cream
For decoration:
- Red icing

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix graham crumbs with melted butter. Press into a 10″ springform pan for the crust.
Step 2: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cream, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time without overbeating.
Step 3: Pour half the batter over the crust. Place Little Debbie cakes on top. Cover with remaining batter.
Step 4: Place the pan in a water bath. Bake at 350°F for 30 min, reduce to 290°F, and bake 2 hours.
Step 5: Turn off oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Cool completely, then refrigerate overnight.
