  • 3 slices provolone cheese
  • 3 slices deli ham (or chopped leftover ham)
  • 8 slices deli pepperoni (large sandwich slices)
  • 5 slices salami
  • 6 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced (or ¾ cup shredded mozzarella)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp oregano

For the egg wash and toppings:

  • 1 egg
  • marinara sauce for dipping
  • Optional: grated parmesan, dried basil

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Dust work surface with cornmeal or flour.

Step 2: Roll dough into desired size, ensuring enough space to fold over the fillings.

Step 3: Drizzle dough with olive oil and line with provolone slices. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano over it.

Step 4: Add ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and top with salami. Fold long sides over and seal ends.
