Notes

  • You can substitute ranch dressing mix for the Italian dressing mix if desired.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Chicken breasts can replace tenderloins with the same cooking time.
  • Cream of chicken with herbs or cream of broccoli soup can replace the cream of chicken soup.
  • Browning the chicken is optional. You can skip it and place the seasoned chicken directly in the slow cooker.

FAQs

1. Can I use chicken breasts?

3. Can I use ranch dressing mix?

Yes, ranch dressing mix is a great alternative that adds a different flavor profile.

4. How do I store leftovers?

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

5. Must I brown the chicken?

Browning is optional. You can simply toss the chicken in the seasoning mix and olive oil and place it directly in the crockpot.
