  • ½ cup dried apricots (100 g)
  • ⅓ cup dried cranberries (50 g)
  • ⅓ cup dried cherries (50 g)
  • 1.5 tbsp instant gelatin (20 g)
  • ⅖ cup water (100 ml)
  • ⅔ cup almonds (120 g)
  • ⅔ cup hazelnuts (120 g)
  • 34 fl oz juice (1 liter)
  • ⅗ cup natural yogurt (150 g)
  • 12.35 oz cottage cheese (350 g)

Instructions

Step 1: Soak dried apricots, cranberries, and cherries in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Dissolve instant gelatin in ⅖ cup water and let it sit for 10 minutes to bloom.

Step 3: In a bowl, combine almonds, hazelnuts, soaked fruits, cottage cheese, and yogurt.

Step 4: Heat the gelatin until fully dissolved, then mix it into the fruit and nut mixture.

Step 5: Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
