  • 450g raw almonds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 20g unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 120g honey
  • 80g maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Melted dark chocolate (for dipping)
  • Fleur de sel (for sprinkling)

Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the raw almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and unsweetened coconut flakes using a hand mixer.

Step 2: For the syrup, combine honey, maple syrup, and sea salt in a small saucepan and heat until well-mixed.

Step 3: Pour the syrup over the nut mixture and stir until fully combined. Firmly press the mixture into a lined baking tray.

Step 4: Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.

Once set, cut the mixture into bars. Dip each bar in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
