BLT Boiled Egg Sandwich

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, cut to the length of the egg
  • 1 small tomato, sliced to the length of the egg
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, cut to the length of the egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

Step 1: Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and slice them in half lengthwise.

Step 2: On one half of each egg, layer a small amount of mayo, lettuce, bacon, tomato, more bacon, lettuce, and mayo, then top with the remaining egg half.

Step 3: Secure everything with a toothpick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Repeat with the remaining eggs and ingredients. Serve immediately and enjoy!
