  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp water (optional for thinning)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place potatoes on a baking tray.

Add rosemary, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Toss until well coated. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

Step 2: In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Finish with chopped parsley.
