In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then add minced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Finish with chopped parsley.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, salt, pepper, and parsley. Add water to thin if needed.
In a large bowl, add salad greens, roasted potatoes, cooked beef, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, and avocado.
Drizzle with yogurt dressing, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
