Ultra Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Crispy on the outside and creamy, this recipe is an easy, tasty side dish that’s sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb small potatoes
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Cover potatoes with water, add salt, and boil until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.

Step 2: Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.

Step 3: Use a glass to gently smash each potato until flattened.

Step 4: Mix oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 5: Brush the mixture over the smashed potatoes.

Step 6: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden.
