Ultra Crispy Smashed Potatoes
Crispy on the outside and creamy, this recipe is an easy, tasty side dish that’s sure to please!
- 1 lb small potatoes
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cover potatoes with water, add salt, and boil until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
Use a glass to gently smash each potato until flattened.
Mix oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Brush the mixture over the smashed potatoes.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30-35 minutes until crispy and golden.
