Ingredients

For the fish:

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 lb haddock or cod

  • 1 bell pepper (red or orange), chopped
  • 1-2 mangos (Ataulfo), chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño, deseeded and chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/4 large red onion, chopped
  • 1/2-1 lime, juiced
  • 1-2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Pinch of salt

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3-6 tbsp sriracha, to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp water

For the tacos:

  • Flour tortillas
  • Cilantro
  • Lime

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate fish in avocado oil, lime juice, and spices for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the mango salsa by combining all chopped ingredients with lime juice, avocado oil, and salt.

Step 3: Make the sauce by blending mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, and water until smooth.

Step 4: Cook the marinated fish in a heated pan over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side.
