  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cans (16.3 ounces each) large refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni, halved
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, plus additional warmed marinara sauce for serving
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Microwave olive oil, seasoning, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss them in the oil mixture to coat.

Step 4: Add Mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni to the bowl, mixing until everything is well combined.

Step 5: Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
Layer half the biscuit mix in the pan, drizzle with 1/4 cup marinara, and repeat with the remaining mixture and sauce.
