Add Mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni to the bowl, mixing until everything is well combined.
Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
Layer half the biscuit mix in the pan, drizzle with 1/4 cup marinara, and repeat with the remaining mixture and sauce.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
