Pizza Monkey Bread

The crowd-pleaser that's cheesy, savory, and utterly irresistible!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cans large refrigerated flaky biscuits (16.3 ounces each)
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 slices pepperoni halved
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce plus additional marinara for serving
  • Fresh basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Microwave olive oil, seasoning, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
  • Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss them in the oil mixture to coat.
  • Add Mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni to the bowl, mixing until everything is well combined.
  • Grease a 10-inch fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
  • Layer half the biscuit mix in the pan, drizzle with 1/4 cup marinara, and repeat with the remaining mixture and sauce.
  • Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes, serve warm with extra marinara. Enjoy!
