Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella
- 4 slices ripe tomato
- ½ tsp dried basil (or 2 tsp fresh basil)
