Nutella M&M Cookie Pie

This Nutella M&M Cookie Pie is the ultimate chocolate lover’s dream!

With layers of gooey Nutella, chocolate chip M&M cookie dough, and more M&Ms on top, it’s irresistibly sweet and super easy to make.

Perfect for a quick indulgent treat that’s sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients

  • 200g unsalted butter, softened
  • 250g light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 320g plain flour
  • ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 100g M&M’s (plus extra for topping)
  • 300g Nutella (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

Step 1: Cream together the softened butter and light brown sugar in a bowl.

Step 2: Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix in the flour and bicarbonate of soda until a dough forms.

Step 3: Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s.

Step 4: Take a third of the dough to form a lid and press the rest into the cake tin, creating a lip around the edge.

Step 5: Dollop Nutella into the center, smoothing it evenly. Place the dough lid on top and press down to seal the edges.

Step 6: Bake at 160°C (fan) for 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool completely in the tin (preferably overnight), then top with a drizzle of Nutella and a sprinkle of M&M’s. Enjoy!
