  • 8 oz (225 g) penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups (170 g) shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat and set aside.

Step 3: In the same skillet, sauté onions, green, and red bell peppers for 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4: Reduce heat to medium. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping any browned bits.

Step 5: Stir in heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Gradually add provolone cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
