Strawberry Fluff Salad
A delightful mix of fruity flavors and fluffy goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 package (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 container (8 oz )whipped topping thawed
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen strawberries thawed and drained
- 1-2 cups mini marshmallows
- Fresh strawberries for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until smooth.
- Fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the thawed strawberries and mini marshmallows.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh strawberries if desired.
