Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle creamy spiced pumpkin layered with whipped cheesecake and graham crackers, easy to assemble and perfect for cozy desserts or gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Cheesecake Layer

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped

Other Layers

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • Optional: caramel sauce whipped cream, chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream until light and spreadable.
  • Mix pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar; chill 10 minutes if too loose.
  • Layer crushed graham crackers, pumpkin mixture, and cheesecake mixture, repeating to fill the dish.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours to firm and meld flavors.
  • Garnish with caramel, whipped cream, or pecans; serve chilled.
