Parmesan and Spinach Cheese Twists

Flaky puff pastry twisted with spinach, Parmesan, and mozzarella, baked until golden and crisp perfect for brunch spreads, light snacks, or elegant appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly flour a surface, roll out thawed puff pastry to smooth and slightly enlarge.
  • Mix spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Spread filling on half the pastry, fold over, press to seal, and cut into 1-inch strips.
  • Twist each strip and place on baking sheet with space between.
  • Brush twists with beaten egg.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes until puffed, golden, and crisp.
  • Cool for 3–4 minutes and serve warm.
