Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender steak, rich garlic, and a touch of white wine, this one-skillet meal is sure to become your new favorite!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season steak with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak on all sides.
  • Remove steak once cooked to desired temperature.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 10 seconds.
  • Pour in white wine, deglaze the pan, and let it reduce by a third.
  • Add butter, cook for 2 minutes, return steak to the pan, and toss in butter.
  • Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
