Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Tender steak, rich garlic, and a touch of white wine, this one-skillet meal is sure to become your new favorite!
- 2 lbs beef tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
Season steak with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak on all sides.
Remove steak once cooked to desired temperature.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 10 seconds.
Pour in white wine, deglaze the pan, and let it reduce by a third.
Add butter, cook for 2 minutes, return steak to the pan, and toss in butter.
Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
