Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread
This Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread is loaded with buttery garlic flavor, melty Colby Jack and mozzarella, and baked until golden and crisp—perfect as a side or snack.
Dairy:
- ½ cup salted butter softened
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Seasonings:
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Herbs:
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and place both pieces face-up on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the softened butter with garlic powder, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until it’s all blended.
Spread the garlic butter over the bread evenly. Sprinkle both Colby Jack and mozzarella on top.
Pop the bread into the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
If you want the top extra crispy and bubbly, broil it on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
Take the bread out, sprinkle with chopped parsley, slice it up, and serve while it’s hot.
