Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix ketchup, water, garlic powder, pepper, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, molasses, and Tabasco. Set aside.
Cook bacon in a large pot until firm but not crispy.
Remove and chop, leaving the grease.
Sauté onions in the bacon grease until translucent.
Add pulled pork, beans, sauce, and half the bacon to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a casserole dish, top with remaining bacon, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes.
