Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole
This Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole is a bold, creamy, and crunchy comfort dish made with crushed nacho cheese chips, shredded chicken, and a rich blend of soups, salsa, and sour cream perfect for cozy dinners or casual gatherings.
- 9.25 ounces nacho cheese-flavored Doritos chips crushed (reserve 1½ cups for topping)
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 15.25 ounces southwest corn drained
- 1 cup mild chunky salsa
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salsa, corn, and shredded chicken until well combined.
Stir in about ¾ of the crushed Doritos, reserving 1½ cups for topping. Fold gently to keep some crunch.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with the reserved crushed Doritos.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the chips on top are golden and crispy. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
