Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole

This Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole is a bold, creamy, and crunchy comfort dish made with crushed nacho cheese chips, shredded chicken, and a rich blend of soups, salsa, and sour cream perfect for cozy dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 9.25 ounces nacho cheese-flavored Doritos chips crushed (reserve 1½ cups for topping)
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup undiluted
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 15.25 ounces southwest corn drained
  • 1 cup mild chunky salsa
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken breast

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salsa, corn, and shredded chicken until well combined.
  • Stir in about ¾ of the crushed Doritos, reserving 1½ cups for topping. Fold gently to keep some crunch.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and top with the reserved crushed Doritos.
  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the chips on top are golden and crispy. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
