Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops

This recipe is the perfect go-to dish for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz mushrooms pieces & stems
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom condensed soup
  • 1.3 lbs pork chops
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pork cube
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add mushrooms pieces & stems to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the cream of mushroom condensed soup, water, and pork cube. Stir to combine.
  • Return the pork chops to the pan, cover, and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
