Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the pork chops until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add mushrooms pieces & stems to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the cream of mushroom condensed soup, water, and pork cube. Stir to combine.
Return the pork chops to the pan, cover, and let it simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
