Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries
Juicy strawberries, creamy cheesecake filling, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs combine to create a delicious, no-bake treat ideal for any occasion.
- 12 large strawberries
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream,mint leaves or chocolate syrup optional
Wash and dry strawberries. Slice each in half crosswise and hollow out the centers with a small spoon.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag or use a spoon to fill each strawberry half, creating a small mound on top.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries for a crunchy topping.
Arrange on a platter and garnish with whipped cream, mint leaves, or drizzle with chocolate syrup as desired. Serve immediately.
