Cheeseburger Bombs

Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or even a fun dinner option, these Cheeseburger Bombs are sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for ganish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • Open biscuit dough, separate into individual pieces, and flatten each one.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit, seal tightly, and roll into balls.
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve!
