Bang Bang Chicken
This chicken is a flavorful, spicy option that’s perfect served over rice!
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
Bang bang sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or Sriracha
Score chicken breasts and season with spices.
Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
Spread 2 tbsp of sauce on each chicken breast.
Air fry at 390°F for 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice, drizzle with remaining sauce, and garnish with cilantro or green onions.
