Zucchini Garlic Bites

Packed with flavor and nutrients, they make a delightful appetizer or snack for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Shred the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  • In a bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, egg, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden and firm.
