Zero Carb Yogurt Bread
Zero-carb yogurt bread is an easy, low-carb alternative to traditional bread. With only four ingredients, it’s simple to prepare and yields a soft, slightly tangy loaf that’s perfect for sandwiches or toasting.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat works best)
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt and 2 eggs. Whisk until smooth.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk until fully combined.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Insert a toothpick into the center—it should come out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
