Ingredients
  

For the hot chocolate:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

For the garnish:

  • Marshmallows
  • Blue sugar crystals
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Blue crushed candy canes optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  • Add white chocolate chips to the milk and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
  • Pour hot chocolate into mugs.
  • Top with whipped cream, extra marshmallows, blue sugar crystals and blue crushed candy canes if desired.
