White Garlic Pizza Sauce

This creamy white garlic pizza sauce is smooth, rich, and packed with flavor from butter, fresh garlic, and Parmesan cheese. It’s perfect for homemade pizzas, pasta, or drizzling over roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese optional, for extra creaminess
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it bubbles gently.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
  • Pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth. Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese until melted and silky.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat, add parsley if desired, and serve warm.
