Warm Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites

Soft, buttery biscuit pieces coated in warm cinnamon sugar and drizzled with a simple vanilla glaze. These Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites bake up in minutes and make the perfect quick breakfast or sweet snack for the whole family.

Ingredients
  

For the Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 small roll canned biscuits 6–8 biscuits
  • ¼ cup sugar half white, half brown
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 –2 tablespoons butter unsalted or salted

For the Icing:

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 –2 teaspoons milk adjust for texture
  • teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place butter in the baking pan and let it melt as the oven heats for a buttery, non-stick base.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters. Mix both sugars with cinnamon, then toss biscuit pieces until coated.
  • Remove the pan, spread the coated biscuits evenly, and bake for 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth, adjusting thickness as desired.
  • Cool biscuits for a minute, drizzle icing over while warm, and serve soft, sticky, and delicious straight from the pan.
